Back in BKK

I am now in Bangkok again. The first of my internet dating attempts has worked wonderfully and I have fallen in with a relaxed guy from Australia (Stu, Melbourne) who has just arrived in Thailand for 3 months. He’s lazy and relaxed like me and has been coming to Thailand for years so knows some language and some great spots. Also like me he only has vague plans and is happy to take things as they come, so we’re getting along quite well.

Just as I had finally gotten the hang of travelling solo, it’s a great change to have someone to laugh with too. After a few days in Bangkok, we may head to Cambodia together, which I appreciate because it sounds a lot tougher than Laos or Thailand.

Here are just some of the pics I’ve taken over the past week or so since Nong Khiaw.
